Ware2Wear: Place Card Holders!

I designed place card holders for my dear friend, Lynn. They are made from forks, and really turned out cute!

About us

We create unique jewelery and gifts from antique silverware. Each item is hand crafted and tooled into a "one-of-a-kind" piece. My first items were made from silver spoons I purchased in France last November to fashion bracelets for my friends for Christmas. I loved making them and soon found myself cruising antique stores in search for flatware pieces, then staying up until all hours of the night pounding and drilling them. I literally would have people purchase the bracelets off my wrist. As demand increased, I thought it best to take on a partner, and so I approached my dear friend, Debbie Hutchings. Debbie is one of the most talented women I know and has been instrumental in our creation and production process.

Because each item is unique, we are only offering pictures of sample items on our blog. We have broadened our lines to include not only bracelets, but necklaces, charms, key chains, bookmarks and drawer hardware. Our work has included custom order jobs made from heirloom flatware and birthstone "Mother's Rings." The support for this new "passion" has been phenomenal and much appreciated.

PRODUCTS

BRACELETS

We have 3 general styles categories:

Dressy- More ornate and feminine silverware, embellished with Sworvoski Crystals, Pearls, and charms.

Casual- Funkier flatware with chunky hand blown glass beads and heavier charms.

Western- Structured flatware embellished with semi precious or natural colored stones such as turquoise, jade and bone. Charms typically include a western style bead.

NECKLACES

All one of a kind and charms are selected based the style of spoon or fork available. The fork pieces typically include curled prongs and the spoons ends are flattened. Items can be made to order with desired color and styles.

KEY CHAINS

Key chains are made from knife ends, spoons and decorative flatware pieces. Items can come with or without charms, and can include stamped lettering upon request.

BOOKMARKS

All bookmarks are custom made from flattened spoons and are made into your book with charms dangling. Charms and styles vary upon availability.
